LEMON BALM

Lemon balm is an aromatic plant from the Lamiaceae family. It’s a bushy and upright crop that produces a large biomass, with green and shiny leaves. The aroma is strong, between lemon and lemon grass. Fresh leaves can be used to make infusions or syrups. The essential oil of lemon balm is also used to make perfumes.
